Privacy and You
The Funcoast Advantage reserves the right to use the content you supply us with as long as they are in agreement with our Privacy Policy. Please see Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page to learn more.

Complimentary Service
Should we render complimentary services at any time, we may retract the service after proper notification to you. You will not be charged for any unbilled period. Should you agree to continue your service, you will be charged the normal, non-complimentary rate. Please ask your representative for rate information.

Payment and Fees
The Funcoast Advantage has the right to amend our schedule of fees after proper notification to you. This notification is not limited to email, telephone, or delivery via US Postal Service. The Funcoast Advantage requires payment on or before the due date which is printed in the upper right hand corner of your invoice. Should you have any questions regarding your bill, or the proper method of payment, please contact customer care at (800) 407-0876 Ext: 261. Failure to pay on time may result in elevated fees or interruptions in service. To avoid this please remember to make a note of the due date on your invoice.

Right to Refuse Service
The Funcoast Advantage has the right to refuse service to anyone, as we deem appropriate. This does not include denial of service based on conclusions of race, religion, creed, gender, age, sexual orientation, locale, profession, or any other type of discrimination prohibited by US law.

Types of material that WILL be refused include any printed, voiced, or archived form of lewd articles, including pictures or words, discrimination or hate speech, or proprietary information from any legal US entity. Please make sure to check with your representative to ensure that your information does not violate our Terms of Service.

The Funcoast Advantage Instant-Spend Game Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States in any of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TX, VA, and WI.
